In small classes, you’ll immerse yourself in the subtleties of problem solving—examining everything from chaos and dynamics to differential equations and number theory. Our faculty will work closely with you to design a curriculum that’s an ideal match for your academic and professional goals. You can earn a license to teach or customize your studies with a concentration in actuarial science. You can pursue either a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. The BS option requires one additional course in computer science, natural science, biology, chemistry or physics. This major is powerful preparation for a career in business, actuarial science, finance, education, statistics, technology, engineering, and the sciences.
