The Department of Mathematics offers undergraduate programs designed to introduce one to a wide range of mathematics. These programs provide excellent preparation for many careers and prepare students for graduate study in mathematics, statistics, operations research, business and many other areas.
The department also equips students in all majors with the mathematics necessary to meet the demands of their chosen field, through the general education mathematics courses.
